My wife found this recipe and we adjusted it to our needs and now make it at least once a week.



  1. Warm up the water. I usually do ~45 seconds in the microwave. Pour into bowl with sugar and whisk. Sprinkle yeast on top and set aside for ~10 minutes
  2. In a separate large mixing bowl whisk together the flour and salt
  3. Stir the oil into the yeast mixture and pour it into the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon until a rough dough forms
  4. Knead for 5 minutes until it is soft, smooth, and moist but not sticky. Cut in half and put half in one bowl half in another. Rub with olive oil, cuver, and let site for 1.5 hours
  5. Use to make pizza to your specifications
